Phoenix-area foreclosures are down again.
Back in June, the good news for the hard-hit Phoenix-area housing market was the rate of foreclosures dropped for the fourth consecutive month, according to a report from Arizona State University. Read the article written by TMAAZ on July 13th, 2011.
More recently, an article in RealtyTrac dated October 13, stated that Arizona home foreclosures are down sharply again this month and foreclosure rates in Phoenix are down from a year ago. Arizona foreclosure activity dropped 25 percent from the second quarter and almost 40 percent from the third quarter of last year. Read the story in the Phoenix Business Journal.
